Archangel Azrael
Archangel Azrael can show up in a number of different colors. The only other angel who shows up in many different colors is Archangel Raziel. Archangel Azrael’s dominant colors are purple, blue, orange and green. However, I have seen some variation of those colors as well. Archangel Azrael’s overall energy is a purple and blue color, and then he has this stream of energy that goes around his head where there will be those lighter colors like orange, green. I've also seen yellow and red.
Archangel Azrael’s main role is to support the souls who are leaving their human experience and transitioning into the spiritual realms.
Archangel Azrael brings comfort to those who are transitioning. He also helps them to know what their next step is on their soul’s journey.
As souls transition, they go through a series of different steps where they first transition out of the human form and then they slowly begin to shift into different realms. There's also a stage where they do a life review where they review their choices, their lessons and everything they did as a human on earth. And then they continue on into the spiritual realms, whether they're meant to incarnate again or whether they're meant to spend some time in the spiritual realms – it's unique and different for everyone.
Archangel Azrael supports making that transition and guides them as they move into the spiritual realms.

That way, it allows our souls to not feel alone, to not feel any form of uncertainty or discomfort. And because different souls will be at different levels when it comes to their time to pass, they may have a greater awareness and understanding of everything that's happening or they may not. Some souls may feel a bit uncomfortable or uncertain, and Archangel Azrael supports them, helps them feel safe and comfortable in the transition and he guides them forward.
We can call on Archangel Azrael to ask and support those souls who may have passed on to help guide them, support them and bring their soul healing and love. That connection with Archangel Azrael is really more about us praying and bringing love and light to other people.
Archangel Azrael will also help comfort us as well. Obviously, it's not easy at all to lose a loved one and Archangel Azrael will help us as well with easing that pain and grief.
Another reason why Archangel Azrael steps forward is to support us in different transitions of our life. Although it may not be a physical death, there are many different moments where we experience the “death” of an old aspect of ourselves.
With the support of Archangel Azrael, we can let go of parts of us that no longer serve us and he supports this transition into a new aspect of our life.
